Responsibilities Master the skills of watch repair, servicing, and maintenance. Perform light services such as battery replacement, bracelet adjustments, and polishing. Carry out complex overhauls including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of timepieces. Service and repair a wide range of movements, including automatic, chronograph, and modular mechanical calibres. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of current products, collections, and brand standards. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of diagnostics and technical findings when enquiries are raised. Ensure accurate documentation of repair work in the internal system. Support the service centre team in achieving repair turnaround times and quality standards. Requirements Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Certificate of Competency in watch repair or any other relevant courses. Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality. Strong work ethics and meticulous attention to detail. Apply bilingual communication skills to assist a diverse customer base. Basic computer knowledge.
