We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee our luxury watch repair workshop. You will manage workflow, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Distribute and monitor repair workloads to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Lead and support a team of 13–15 watch technicians.
Collaborate with Customer Service to meet KPIs and quality targets.
Conduct diagnostics for warranty and alert cases.
Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables.
Ensure compliance with administrative and quality processes.
Drive process, tool, and organizational improvements.
Maintain workshop equipment and participate in training (local/overseas).
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of watch repairs.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
