**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, authenticate, and service luxury watches, ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand integrity.
- Perform light services (battery replacement, bracelet adjustments) and complex overhauls (disassembly, repair, reassembly).
- Conduct polishing and finishing to restore watches while preserving material integrity.
- Communicate with clients, explaining issues, services, and care recommendations to deliver a premium experience.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, servicing, and parts used.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and certifications to continuously improve expertise.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold service excellence.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury watch servicing; certification (WOSTEP, Nicolas G. Hayek Watch School, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficient in servicing top luxury brands (Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Richard Mille, Omega, Panerai; others a plus).
- Strong technical skills in authentication, inspections, overhauls, and polishing across various materials.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in client interaction and service explanation.
- High attention to detail in record-keeping and maintaining work standards.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
