Record service history and maintain clear technical documentation; flag frequent technical concerns to support process improvement. Ensure all completed work meets the strict accuracy, performance, and quality expectations of luxury watch brands. Job Requirements Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or a recognized Certificate of Competency in watchmaking or a related trade. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in watch servicing, repairs, and mechanical maintenance. A keen eye for detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship and precision. Effective communication and clear reporting abilities. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
