As a Construction Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to site personnel and facilitating effective communication between the construction site and main office staff. You will also be accountable for submitting necessary documentation and reports to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer duties and provide clerical support to site personnel
  • Submit required documents and reports in a timely manner
  • Liaise with main office staff to ensure seamless coordination of tasks

Requirements:

  • At least one year of working experience in administration or a related field
  • Preferred experience in document submission and report writing

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
