Job Opportunity: Construction Site Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Assistant Supervisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on various construction projects, develop your skills, and advance your career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the construction supervisor in handling site matters, working under their supervision and pressure
  • Manage site activities, supervise staff, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
  • Prepare work schedules, attend meetings, and ensure seamless project execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a construction worker, with knowledge of site safety and material management
  • Ability to operate machinery and use construction equipment, including trench rammers, drills, and pneumatic hammers
  • Experience in mixing and pouring construction materials, with a strong understanding of basic engineering and construction principles
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays, and switch shifts
