Construction Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.
Job Description:
The Construction Site Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of construction projects from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
- Preparing and managing technical documentation, including drawings, technical agreements, and tender documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of project briefs and technical presentation materials to support project reporting and communication.
- Supporting site inspection arrangements, record construction issues and rectification actions, and tracking follow-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or above in Civil or Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration, or office management, ideally within the real estate or construction industry.
- Familiarity with Singapore's development and regulatory processes.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools or software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
