Preschool Educator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in inspiring learning in young children and fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students, promoting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn.
  • Child Development: Monitor and record each child's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and working with colleagues to provide targeted support.
  • Parent Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, and involving them in the educational process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to ensure high-quality education for all children.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: L2/L1-certified, Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum GCE 'O' Levels (5 credits) OR equivalent secondary qualifications; B4 for GCE 'O' Level English / Second Language OR equivalent language qualifications.
