Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Early Childhood Education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as within a team.

As an Early Years Education Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging preschool programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. This includes preparing and submitting progress reports on children, highlighting their developmental milestones and areas for improvement.

You will also establish a stimulating learning environment that fosters self-directed learning and creativity. Additionally, you will carry out routine care duties to ensure the safety and well-being of the children, and maintain close partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent
  • Certification by ECDA at L2 category
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high tolerance level towards children
