Maintenance Technician

Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our carpark equipment.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You must be able to conduct regular inspections and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks , such as cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn components to keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Conducting minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and following proper safety protocols.
  • Utilizing computer systems for record-keeping and communication.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of a NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Experience from the carpark industry will be advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
  • Basic communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
  • A valid Class 2B or Class 3 Singapore license is required.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work on weekends and public holidays if needed.
