Executive Culinary Officer

Job Description:

As an Executive Culinary Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking assigned dishes for serving according to the menu. You must ensure that your kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils are kept clean and sanitized at all times. This includes adhering to company and government regulatory controls when processing food.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a chef.
  • Food Hygiene certification is required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • A cheerful and self-motivated individual with a positive working attitude.
  • The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on public holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to work night shifts and split shifts.
  • Previous experience working in a fishhead steamboat relevant role.
