Freelance- Google Reviews, Trustpilot & Yelp Expert
You will be joining our team as an Online Review & Reputation Management Specialist, responsible for enhancing our digital presence by managing Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Yelp profiles. Your role will involve auditing and optimizing existing profiles, strategizing and executing review acquisition plans, developing customer outreach templates, and responding to reviews professionally. Monitoring review trends, reporting insights, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines will also be key responsibilities.To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in managing and enhancing reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp. A good understanding of each platform's algorithms, policies, and best practices is essential. Strong communication and writing skills are required for creating outreach materials and responding to reviews effectively. An ethical, data-driven, and strategic approach is crucial, and familiarity with reputation management tools would be advantageous.This position is offered on a contractual/temporary basis for a duration of 3 months, with the flexibility to work from home. If you are passionate about online reputation management and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to have you on board to help us build lasting customer relationships and strengthen our digital footprint.,
