Job Title: Online Review Expert

You will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence by managing Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Yelp profiles.

Your role will involve auditing and optimizing existing profiles, strategizing and executing review acquisition plans, developing customer outreach templates, and responding to reviews professionally.

Monitoring review trends, reporting insights, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines will also be key responsibilities.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in managing and enhancing reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp.

A good understanding of each platform's algorithms, policies, and best practices is essential. Strong communication and writing skills are required for creating outreach materials and responding to reviews effectively. An ethical, data-driven, and strategic approach is crucial, and familiarity with reputation management tools would be advantageous.

This position is offered on a contractual/temporary basis for a duration of 3 months, with the flexibility to work from home.
