As an online review and reputation management specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence by managing Google reviews, Trustpilot, and Yelp profiles. Your role will involve auditing and optimizing existing profiles, strategizing and executing review acquisition plans, developing customer outreach templates, and responding to reviews professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing and enhancing reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp.
  • Good understanding of each platform's algorithms, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for creating outreach materials and responding to reviews effectively.
