Job Title: Wellness Care Specialist

At our retail clinic, we are looking for a skilled and compassionate Wellness Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation and recovery of patients in a clinical retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists to develop and deliver personalized therapy programs and activities for patients.
  • Apply various therapy techniques to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on their intervention programs, promoting patient empowerment and autonomy.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, fostering a supportive and caring environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional campaigns to raise awareness about our services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Work flexible retail hours, including weekends and weekdays.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy, Sports Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong integrity.
  • Physical fitness, as regular standing and mobility are required.
