Job Title: Software Craftsperson

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated software craftsperson with a strong foundation in JavaScript frameworks and basic UX/UI knowledge to join our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications while ensuring an engaging user experience.

  • Develop and maintain responsive, efficient, and scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Test and debug code to ensure website functionality across different browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences.
  • Optimize websites and applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Incorporate basic UX/UI principles into designs to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development and design.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional web development experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
    • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
  • UX/UI Knowledge: Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing applications.
  • Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or IT preferred.
