Front Desk Coordinator
The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the smooth operation of our medical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Registration and Scheduling: Verify patient details, update information, complete necessary forms, and assist with consent forms and insurance claims.
- Front Desk Management: Greet patients, manage check-ins, answer phone calls, book appointments, and reschedule as needed.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as liaison between patients and medical staff, respond to inquiries, and maintain a clean waiting area.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of GCE O-Level or equivalent education is required. Additional certifications in healthcare administration are beneficial.
- Experience: Prior experience in reception or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare settings, is necessary.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in office software, good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work under pressure are essential.
- Personal Attributes: Compassionate, professional, customer-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and discretion when handling sensitive situations are necessary.
