Project Manager – Lead Projects, Build Real Impact Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Requirement: Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management About the Role This is not a desk-bound coordination role, it’s for a hands-on leader who thrives on turning plans into built reality. You’ll take full ownership of steel fabrication and installation projects , from being part of the tender stage to handing over a completed project to the client , with every safety, quality, and fulfilment standard met along the way. Our projects range from structural steel and crash-rated bollards to embedded items and general building works , where precision, safety, and timelines are non-negotiable. Your Key Responsibilities Plan & Execute – Drive projects from tender award to final handover, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met. Lead Teams – Manage internal crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution. Technical Control – Review & follow up on drawings, RFIs, site changes, and technical clarifications. Safety & Compliance – Prepare, update, and manage RA (Risk Assessment), SWP (Safe Work Procedures), and MOS (Method of Statement) in line with Singapore safety standards. Site Presence – Conduct regular site inspections to verify build quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance. Stakeholder Liaison – Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and safety matters. Track & Report – Monitor progress, costs, and documentation for management reporting and audits. What You Bring to the Table Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management. 5+ years’ proven project management experience in construction, structural steel, or fabrication works. Strong working knowledge of RA, SWP, MOS, and MOM/BCA safety regulations. Ability to run multiple project timelines without losing detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools. Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
