Responsible for all sales-related and telemarketing activities. Meet branch sales quota. Provide professional skin/body analysis and consultation. Identify customer's needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customers. Perform facial, body hair removal and/or slimming treatments for customers (Extra points if you are able to). Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotion activities. Assist in Management and Customer Service Relations process. Handle customers feedback and service recovery. Manage staff performance and discipline. Working with operations to develop new treatments, protocols, packages to maximize profits. Other ad-hoc duties assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, in supervisory/managerial level. Able to lead and manage a team. Candidate who has a beauty/spa certified certificate will be an advantage. Eg. WSQ, CIBTAC , CIDESCO , ITEC. Required Skill(s): Face, Body, Slimming & Wellness consultation, Sales & Operations of Branch, Customer Service, Relationship building with customers. Good communications and interpersonal skills and service-oriented. Positive working attitude and cheerful personality. Friendly and caring towards customers and team. Able to work well together with others. The above responsibilities and job requirements will varies depending on your background and working experiences.
