**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee day-to-day Branch operations.
- Responsible for all sales-related and telemarketing activities.
- Meet branch sales quota.
- Provide professional skin/body analysis and consultation.
- Identify customer's needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
- Perform facial, body hair removal and/or slimming treatments for customers (Extra points if you are able to).
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotion activities.
- Assist in Management and Customer Service Relations process.
- Handle customers feedback and service recovery.
- Manage staff performance and discipline.
- Working with operations to develop new treatments, protocols, packages to maximize profits.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, in supervisory/managerial level.
- Able to lead and manage a team.
- Required Skill(s): Face, Body, Slimming & Wellness consultation, Sales & Operations of Branch, Customer Service, Relationship building with customers.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and service-oriented.
- Positive working attitude and cheerful personality.
- Friendly and caring towards customers and team.
- Able to work well together with others.

**Salary**: $3,400.00 - $12,000.00 per month
