Full training will be provided —no prior immigration experience neededWhat You'll Do As a Sales Assistant, you'll support our consultants and play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Your Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries about visa, study, work, and migration services. Provide initial information to prospective clients and schedule consultations with senior consultants. Maintain and update client databases to ensure accuracy and organization. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and boost conversions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements under supervision. Support marketing and promotional activities to generate new client leads. Coordinate with the processing team to track application progress and provide updates. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing basic client concerns promptly. What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) — all fields welcomeExperience in sales, customer service, or administration is a plus (immigration/education industry experience is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Great organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
