Responsibilities Provide administrative support for the daily operation of the aesthetics centre, including handling telephone calls and client WhatsApp messages Administer appointment scheduling efficiently Uphold professional front desk procedures and deliver exceptional client-care service Handle the POS system and display computer literacy Comprehend and articulate the services provided by Rexults Aesthetics Assist in the follow-up of ongoing in-house promotions and activities Prepare sales and other relevant reports as required by management Manage stock inventory effectively, follow requisition standards, and ensure compliance Pre-requisites Minimum ITEC/Diploma in Office Administration, Hospitality/Tourism/Spa & Wellness or equivalent and above 2-3 years of customer service/front desk/reception experience, preferably in retail/hospitality Good command of spoken and written English; able to converse with Mandarin or Bahasa-speaking clients PC literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and multitask with minimum supervision Organized with meticulous attention to detail; team player Willing to work full days on Saturdays Work location: Orchard #J-18808-Ljbffr
