Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the global sourcing team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding suppliers from diverse markets to meet our business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for market trends. They will be able to work effectively with suppliers from different countries and cultures, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source high-quality suppliers from global markets
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
  • Continuously monitor the supplier landscape to ensure competitiveness and innovation
  • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for materials or services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and achieve cost reduction targets without compromising on quality
  • Ensure that sourced materials meet quality standards and specifications required by the organization
  • Mitigate risks by proactively addressing supply chain disruptions, geopolitical issues, and changes in market conditions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
