Global Sourcing Expert

 

The Role:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers from global markets to meet business needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  • Continuously monitor the supplier landscape to ensure competitiveness and innovation.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, terms, and conditions for materials or services.
  • Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to optimize costs and achieve cost reduction targets without compromising on quality.

 

The Requirements:

  • Preferably with minimum of 3-5 Years of working experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in manufacturing industry.
  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or any other related field of study.

 

Key Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and relationship management abilities, and a keen eye for market trends.
  • Ability to work with suppliers from different countries and cultures.
