Lead Global Sourcing Specialist

  • About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lead Global Sourcing Specialist. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for formulating development strategies and channel expansion plans for cosmetics categories, including perfumes, skincare, makeup, and haircare.

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement performance targets for respective categories.

- Analyze business data to propose suggestions for optimizing business strategies and organize team reviews to achieve phased goals.

- Communicate with department members to solve problems and provide necessary guidance and assistance.

- Cooperate with the department manager to carry out talent cultivation and departmental training.

  • Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-border supply chain procurement and sales or related fields.

- Excellent sales skills, outstanding negotiation ability, communication, and resource integration capabilities.
