Job Description

The Procurement department is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to drive standardized sourcing, supplier performance management, and Contract Lifecycle Management processes using technology platforms.

This role plays a crucial part in driving targeted business outcomes across various spend categories. Responsibilities include driving global usage and adoption of RF(x) tools, collaborating with category management teams, and acting as an expert on best practices for eRF(x) processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain, preferably with exposure to eRF(x) tools. They should be innovative, strategic thinkers with strong understanding of Procurement business processes, Sourcing, Contract Management, and SRM.

The team player will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and focus on performance excellence. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
