Responsibilities Performance Management: Oversee the end-to-end performance review process, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance‑related matters and ensure the process is fair, consistent, and effective. Compensation & Rewards: Support the execution of the organization’s rewards strategy and administer compensation and benefits programs. Policy Development: Create, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and comply with relevant legal requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline 3–5 years of proven HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management. Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulatory guidelines. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, paired with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
