Portfolio Leadership Role

This critical position plays a vital role in ensuring market readiness, sellability, and lifecycle success of our portfolio across the Asia Pacific Zone.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Optimization:
    Ensure portfolio 'sellability' and 'orderability' across all relevant Asia Pacific Zone locations.
  • Product Launch Support:
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Support customs department with import issues. Provide product expertise for managing tariffs and trade regulations.
  • Pricing Strategy:
    Understand market and competitor pricing to provide input to HQ and relevant teams. Provide input to derive price positioning and discount structures.
  • Sales Enablement & Training:
    Provide input and conduct training content for internal and external customers. Support sales for portfolio-related questions.
  • Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning:
    Conduct analysis on existing markets and offerings, competitors, and new markets. Communicate region-specific sales requirements to Marketing. Provide input for regional advertising and social media promotion. Develop value-based sales argumentation for portfolio.
  • Inventory Management:
    Manage regional stock strategy. Manage inventory levels and provide input for local stock levels to logistics team.
