The role of an Exterior Fit-Out Project Coordinator is a challenging and dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating with sub-contractors in planning and executing the delivery of exterior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. ">

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors in planning and executing the delivery of exterior fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors' progress and quality of works.
  • Monitor project milestones and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across disciplines such as architectural, MEP, cost, and construction.
  • Assist in compilation of handing over documents including as-built drawings & OMM.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation.
  • Attend project coordination meetings.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications, preferably with hotel project experiences.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture / Mechanical / Engineering / Interior Design or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related fields, preferably with hotel project experiences.
  • Strong project management and technical knowledge in Exterior Fit-Out.
  • Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in A&A works under commercial and hospitality sectors is preferred.
