Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems, with excellent commercial and business insights.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and leading technical discussions with clients concerning their current cooling system configurations and energy efficiency objectives.
  • Serving as a technical advisor for both internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and potential clients, on matters related to energy efficiency.
  • Performing comprehensive analysis of clients' cooling systems to evaluate current efficiency levels and pinpoint areas that can be improved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development initiatives.
  • Sustaining and engaging with external engineering partners on specific projects.
  • Cultivating relationships with OEM equipment suppliers throughout the region.
  • Managing project responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery.
  • Assisting in team development by mentoring and training junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Solid expertise in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
  • Excellent commercial and business insights.
  • Able to travel regionally as needed.
