Job Description
Speaker Experience
  • Managing the speaker database and ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Liaising with confirmed speakers and their teams to complete their onboarding process, arrange travel and accommodation (if applicable) and set up content preparation calls (if applicable).
  • Managing the Voices inbox(es) and respond to queries from speakers in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with the content team to ensure that the speakers are updated with the latest event information.
  • Working with the operations team to ensure that all the speakers' requirements are provisioned for.
General
  • Work closely with the entire project team to ensure that the events are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Providing on-site support during events to ensure the seamless execution of speaker-experience and content-related activities.
  • Other duties assigned by your manager from time to time.
