The primary function of a speaker relations manager in the Asia Pacific region involves developing and implementing strategies to engage and manage speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, organizing, and executing speaker development and engagement programs.
  • Conducting regular meetings and training sessions with speakers to enhance their educational effectiveness.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with speakers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinating and managing speaker communications on a regular basis.
  • Managing speaker platforms and tools to provide exclusive information and resources.
  • Evaluating speaker effectiveness by capturing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Identifying and inviting potential out-of-region speakers for future collaborations.
  • Optimizing internal processes related to speaker management.
  • Collaborating with local teams to identify and develop new speaker opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong experience in managing and working with speakers/KOLs.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Degree holder preferably in business or dentistry.
