Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the engagement and development of faculty and speakers in our APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing training, meetings, and developing speaker-specific tools and platforms.

This is a critical role that requires excellent organizational skills, collaboration, and execution expertise. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of work experience, preferably in the APAC region, with solid experience in managing and working with speakers/KOLs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize speaker-related processes to drive efficiency and provide an excellent speaking experience
  • Develop and implement speaker engagement strategies, programs, and implementation plans
  • Organize and run speaker meetings and training sessions to engage with speakers and enhance their education effectiveness
  • Maintain excellent relationships with speakers and provide regular communications
  • Manage speaker platforms and tools to provide and maintain speaker-exclusive information and resources
  • Evaluate speaker effectiveness through capturing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Identify potential speakers for future development and work with local teams to support clinical education projects

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of work experience in the APAC region, preferably in a related field
  • Solid experience in managing and working with speakers/KOLs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative and organized with a strong focus on execution and attention to detail
  • Degree holder in business or dentistry preferred
