Enterprise Data Archiving and Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data archiving, document management, and supplier invoice management. This role requires a subject matter expert who can lead solution design, implementation, and migration initiatives for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Archiving and Retention
    • Design, implement, and support data archiving strategies, including data retention management and archiving solutions for legacy systems.
    • Execute data archiving solutions using SAP DART (Data Retention Tool) and Print List archiving.
    • Build and customize archiving solutions for SAP modules (Technical, Functional, and Z-tables).
  • Document and Content Management
    • Deploy vendor invoice management for suppliers and SAP Archive Server upgrades with seamless document migration.
    • Implement SAP DMS integrations with Microsoft SharePoint (Online/On-premise).
    • Develop enterprise ECM strategies and roadmaps.
  • Supplier Invoice Management (VIM)
    • Deliver SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) and AI/OCR-enabled Procure-to-Pay workflows.
    • Automate invoice processing solutions to improve compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Client and Project Engagement
    • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define ILM/ECM roadmaps.
    • Provide SME support in RFPs, solution design, and implementation strategies.
    • Manage delivery of multiple parallel SAP ILM and document management projects.
  • Emerging Tech and Innovation
    • Leverage AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation in data/document archiving solutions.
    • Explore cloud-based ECM integrations with Azure and Microsoft security/compliance tools.
