  • We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ILM Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP ILM projects, leading solution design, implementation, and migration initiatives for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Data Archiving & Management:

    ">
    • Design, implement, and support SAP ILM strategies, including data archiving, document archiving, and data retention management.">
    ">

  3. Document & Content Management:

    ">
    • Deploy invoice management for vendors and SAP Archive Server upgrades with seamless document migration.">
    • Implement SAP DMS integrations with Microsoft SharePoint (Online/On-premise).">
    ">

  4. Supplier Invoice Management:

    ">
    • Deliver SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) and AI/OCR-enabled Procure-to-Pay workflows.">
    • Automate invoice processing solutions to improve compliance and operational efficiency.">
    ">

  5. Client & Project Engagement:

    ">
    • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define ILM/ECM roadmaps.">
    • Provide SME support in RFPs, solution design, and implementation strategies.">
    • Manage delivery of multiple parallel SAP ILM and document management projects.">
    ">

  6. Emerging Tech & Innovation:

    ">
    • Leverage AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation in data/document archiving solutions.">
    • Explore cloud-based ECM integrations with Azure and Microsoft security/compliance tools.">
    ">

    Qualifications & Experience:

    ">
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.">
    ">

    Requirements:

    ">
    • 10+ years in SAP ILM, Data Archiving, and Document Management.">
    • Strong experience working with OpenText xECM, SAP DMS, and VIM solutions.">
    • Demonstrated success in SAP–Microsoft SharePoint integrations.">
    • Proven experience delivering ILM/Archiving projects for large enterprises in Southeast Asia (public sector and commercial).">
    • Background in handling global client engagements.">
