Job Title

We are seeking a professional and courteous individual to fill the role of Receptionist. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

This is a 6 months contract position that requires the candidate to project a professional image of the company.

  • The Receptionist will be responsible for answering switchboard calls within 3 rings and directing messages to the right recipients.
  • They will provide reception services in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Greeting visitors and guiding them to the main reception desk will also be part of their duties.
  • Additionally, they will manage visitor logs, arrange host-receiver meetings, and issue visitor passes.
  • Administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and providing WiFi codes will be performed by the Receptionist.
  • Issuing ID badges and tracking their return will also be a responsibility of the Receptionist.
  • Making reservations, ordering taxis, confirming airline tickets, and providing mailroom services will be part of their job description.

Requirements

  • An 'O' level certificate or equivalent is required.
  • Strong interpersonal relations ability and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with clients and staff members.
