Global Trade Manager APAC Collins Aerospace is searching for a seasoned Global Trade Manager to develop and execute the Avionics Global Trade program across the APAC region. This role will serve as a subject‐matter expert in Global Trade, Authorizations, and Sanctions, works closely with business units, and ensures compliance with U.S. and APAC regulations. Job Responsibilities Deploy the Collins Avionics Global Trade policies and procedures for all APAC sites. Partner with assigned sites to ensure compliance with Global Trade rules and regulations. Develop and maintain the Global Trade focal network within the region. Design and deliver formal and informal Global Trade training, and create standard work instructions and guidelines in coordination with the Avionics GT Program Management Office. Provide recurring policy training to functional groups (Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales) across APAC. Analyze business needs, develop compliant solutions, and recommend corrective actions to GT leadership. Perform regular policy reviews and walk the shop floor to ensure procedures are followed. Maintain applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Support day‐to‐day trade questions and regulatory compliance investigations. Review and approve import/export transactions, travel requests, and potential incidents per Collins policies. Assist Security with visitor management clearance and collaborate with Central Investigations on corrective actions. Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations (EAR, ITAR, HTS) and regional regulations applicable to APAC locations. Travel to APAC sites as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 11 years of experience if no degree. Experience with APAC regional regulations on Global Trade. Experience with U.S. Export Control regulations. Experience with Sanctions and Screening. Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels. Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions. Proactive, self‐motivated, and receptive to change. Excellent attention to detail and record‐keeping competency. Thrives under pressure and prioritizes workload. Preferred Qualifications BS/MS in International Trade, Engineering, or Business Administration. Program or Project Management experience. Aerospace technical experience. Experience with EAR and Commerce Control List (CCL) classification. Familiarity with U.S., Singapore, and HTS classifications.
