Strengthen distributor partnerships and direct-to-market operations to optimize regional performance. Represent the region in global leadership forums and ensure seamless alignment with global priorities Requirements Over 15 years of senior leadership experience across APAC. Proven track record of delivering business growth and driving commercial transformation. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams within complex matrix environments. Experience managing distributor and direct-to-market business models effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
