We are seeking an accomplished Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dessert store in Clarke Quay. This role will involve managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of staff members to ensure seamless daily operations, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee productivity, job satisfaction, and retention rates.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and coordination with suppliers to maintain optimal supply chain efficiency.
  • Implement processes to reduce waste, minimize losses, and optimize resources.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment that adheres to local health and safety regulations.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Set realistic targets and objectives to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and basic Microsoft Excel reporting.
  • The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Prior experience in Halal F&B operations or a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification is a plus.
