About The Role As a PMO Business Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling delivery of a major program/project by supporting the Project Management Office (PMO), to ensure alignment of standards and compliance of the program/project with agreed governance, policies and processes. You will also be supporting the tracking of costs and benefits and support for the end-to-end delivery of the program/project, and managing an integrated master schedule across all delivery streams. Role Type: 12 Months’ Fixed Term, Full Time What will your day look like? As a PMO Business Analyst, Your Key Responsibilities Includes: Support the Project Manager/Program Director and Steering Committee and other governance groups by overseeing financials, tracking benefits and budgets, providing analysis and information to facilitate informed decision making. Facilitate end-stage reviews and support the program/projects continuing alignment to business objectives and budget. Identify and manage dependencies between streams and ensure no overlaps in responsibilities. Assist the Project Professionals practice in the management of Programs/Projects against budget. Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and key stakeholders, anticipating and responding to evolving customer needs through controlling and delivering project communications. Assist with procurement and monitor contracts and third-party performance to the program/project. Monitor the change management approach in a complex environment. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Previous Project Management experience gained across a variety of project types (or related senior business management experience) Understanding of investment banking products (front to back lifecycle). Demonstrated leadership ability, commitment and contribution to building and motivating the PO team, ability to balance program/project and staff needs. Handled Markets and Trade projects in the past is an added advantage. Knowledge of PMO management, finance processes, risk, and project management standards. Competency in scheduling (MS Project and Excel) is a must. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively. Qualified with PMO or PMP certification is preferred.
