Job Descriptions:
Perform full set accounting (General Ledger, Account Receivables and Account Payables)
Assisting Head, Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls
Collecting rental-in-arrears from tenants
Assist in budgeting process and variance analysis
Submission of finance and regulatory reports to head office
Period:
1 year contract
Location:
Raffles Place
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
Up to $4,000 (depending on experience)
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder with 3 years of experience
Familiarity with property or real estate sector
Use of accounting systems – Voyager (Yardi)
Proficient in Excel
Skilled in Application of Financial Reporting Standards (“FRS”), Review of Financial Results, Management of Debts
Familiar with Full Set Accounting (General Ledger, Account Receivables and Account Payables)
