Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations for clients, processing booking requests, and providing logistical support. They will also be handling general enquiries from financial institutions, managing overseas transaction fees recovery, and processing reports.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of up to SGD $2700 plus Performance-Based Bonus. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, and the location is in AMK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations for clients, including nomination from financial institutions and processing booking requests
  • Handle general enquiries from financial institutions, including settlements and system enquiries
  • Manage overseas financial institution transaction fees recovery
  • Process reports, including monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, and yearly declarations
  • Verify invoices, including monthly SWIFT invoices and fees recovery
  • Arrange meetings and provide logistical support
