Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the daily support operations of our company and develop efficient administrative procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of departmental procedures and policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating administrative systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the company.

Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to optimize efficiency
- Recruit, train, and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing new materials
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Evaluate operations against policies and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with organizational changes and business developments
- Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administration manager
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relative field
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
