Job Opportunity:

The Product Development Specialist will lead performance testing and quality assessment of battery cells, evaluate new cell technologies for integration into product lines, and oversee the packing and configuration of cells for prototype and production use.

Key responsibilities include reworking and refurbishing battery cell assemblies, designing PCB layouts and managing PCBA processes, developing and refining mechanical components for battery systems, and commissioning and decommissioning activities for battery packs at customer or project sites.

Successful candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of battery compositions, BMS, and assembly processes is essential, as well as proficiency in CAD software and technical presentations.
