Role Assistant Social Sustainability Manager Overview The Assistant Manager of Social Sustainability plays a pivotal role in advancing LB's commitment to resilience and financial sustainability within the eldercare sector. This position collaborates closely with various stakeholders within and external to LB, supporting, developing and implementing innovative business models through social enterprise to address key challenges such as accessibility, affordability and dignity by generating sustainable revenue and long-term community value Responsibilities Develop innovative and sustainable business proposals that align with LB's organisational goals and address sector challenges in accessibility, affordability and dignity Lead the implementation and daily operations of profitable social enterprises, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability Collaborate with internal teams in strategy and innovation to integrate business models with broader organisational objectives Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, business associates, government bodies and other stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes Apply strategic business planning, development, marketing expertise to grow revenue streams and strengthen organisational resilience Oversee operational processes with attention to detail, ensuring compliance, quality and continuous improvement in service delivery Prepare accurate, timely reports to track performance, outcomes and impact of social sustainability initiatives Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or operations Understanding of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles Expertise in strategic business planning, development, and marketing to drive sustainable organisational success Strong focus on operations management, detail orientation, and teamwork to deliver efficient, high‐quality outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
