**Responsibilities**

Key Responsibilities
- Drive RWS’ various social impact programmes in alignment with RWS’ selected sustainability and social causes
- Develop and coordinate partnerships with key external partners such as government agencies, non-profits, social enterprises etc
- Liaise and work with internal stakeholders across RWS towards building a strong volunteer culture through regular community engagement activities, internal communication etc
- Identify and develop potential opportunities that can amplify RWS’ social impact initiatives in alignment with wider business strategy
- Track and monitor volunteer hours, community engagement activities organised, partner contacts, philanthropic donations contributed, volunteers etc
- Support the wider Sustainability team on other areas of work, where required

**Requirement**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 3 of relevant experience in community engagement, sustainability, social impact and/or event management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences or related discipline
- Good communicator with ability to influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders and able to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Good project management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects
- Embraces ambiguity and strives for continuous progress and improvement
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, resourcefulness and initiative
