Overview You will be part of the Parks Facilities Management Team, which is responsible for the upkeep of facilities in public parks. Responsibilities Manage maintenance and inspection programmes for park facilities and initiate upgrading works. Explore technological integration by introducing IoT devices for park monitoring and maintenance, conduct trials of new automated systems for park management, and identify and implement new automated solutions to enhance park operations. Assist with administrative tasks related to park operations, feedback management, and the streamlining of work processes, with a focus on leveraging these technologies to improve efficiency and community engagement. Qualifications Areas of study in Engineering, Construction/ Building Management, Facilities Management or other equivalent qualifications. In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards related to civil and M&E contracts and processes. Possess good interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Able to work independently and multi-task in performing a diverse range of duties, including operations, community engagement, programming and enforcement (e.g. Parks and Trees Regulations, etc) when required. Enthusiasm for technology and its applications in park management and environmental conservation. Enjoy working outdoors and doing field works. Willing to work after office hours and during weekends and public holidays when required. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
