We’re looking for a proactive and strategic HR professional to join us as an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Human Resources (HRBP) . In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to drive HR initiatives, support recruitment, and ensure smooth HR operations. Responsibilities HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with line managers to understand business needs and provide proactive HR solutions. Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Support workforce planning and succession strategies. Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for both full-time and contingent roles. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and advise hiring managers. HR Operations: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate HR records and systems. Respond to employee queries and provide timely support. Qualifications Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HRBP and recruitment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail and discretion.
