Job Description Act as lead liaison with MOH and agencies on emergency preparedness; ensure operational readiness for various emergencies (e.g. pandemics, fires, power outages), support new polyclinic planning, and lead emergency exercises and staff training. Serve as alternate contact for MOH security matters; implement security frameworks, review and enhance polyclinic security measures, coordinate with authorities (e.g. Police), and advise on infrastructure planning for new facilities. Plan and conduct emergency preparedness and security drills (e.g. bomb threat scenarios), tabletop exercises, and organize staff training to ensure readiness and compliance. Promote a data-driven approach in clinic operations; develop and maintain KPIs and reports to monitor and improve emergency preparedness and security performance. Represent in MOH and Whole-of-Government (WoG) emergency-related committees and workgroups; support key initiatives like DSMC Ops deployment and contribute to the development of national-level exercises. Qualifications Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Possess emergency planning and management knowledge will be good. Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment, collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job function. Strong writing and data analysis skills.
