What You'll Do Lead and mentor the HQ-RDF (I&E and ACCL) Finance team in managing full-spectrum finance - from consolidation, budgeting, and operations to statutory reporting. Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights from both grantor and grantee perspectives. Drive finance transformation - including ERP implementation and digitalisation initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance. Oversee management reporting, audits, compliance, and grant administration, ensuring robust financial control and public accountability. Shape and support new business ventures and entities by setting up sound finance operations and frameworks. Build, develop, and inspire a cohesive finance team with strong internal controls, continuous improvement, and learning culture. Qualifications Degree in Accountancy / ACCA qualified At least 10 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and governance Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Strong adaptability, attention to detail, and results orientation Experience with SAP and Tableau is a plus Join us and be part of a mission-driven organisation that fuels Singapore's research and enterprise ecosystem.
